Our internet went out last Wednesday. I called them immediately and when I finally got to talk to someone they said there was a outage in my area. I called back Thursday and they said the same thing. I asked when it would be fixed and the lady said she didn’t know. I called again Friday and they said the outage in my area had been fixed but my internet was still not working. After trying to fix it over the phone did not work she said she would email the technician and that he would call me that day (Friday). Well today is Sunday and I still have not heard from anyone! By the way, they are closed on Saturday.I guess I will have to wait until Monday and start all over again.. Being without internet and television service for the past 5 days and still not knowing when my service will be repaired is unacceptable!!I’m sure their technicians are good. If I could only get one to come to my house!

Shawn was our installer and he did an amazing and professional job! PBB is the only internet service we have access to in our area, and we've never had an internet service that performs so well. Thank you PBB !!

The service is great. However this new policy they have where they will charge you an additional $5 if you don't sign up for autopay is ridiculous. Autopay is to ensure that an account is paid by the due date. Ok, I pay my account by the due date with the same credit card information that autopay will use to pay my account by the due date, but you're going to charge me for paying it myself!?? CRAZY!! I am definitely seeking another internet provider because this is just bullying at its best.

I have been trying to get the service for three months now. All I get is there going to send an email to main office to see why it's taken so long I will call you by the end of business hrs. NEVER get an update till I call bk a couple weeks later and they have the same excuses, and they say the same thing again. Like its written on the desk. But I see them on my street all the time passing out door hangers or working. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM!!! LET ME SEND AN EMAIL .

Brett Dudley was my tech today he did a awesome job, Brett went above and beyond to get the job done I had to miss my appointment this morning and he was so kind about it and came at 3 this afternoon went over everything before he left job well done thank you Brett

Matt. C was very professional and helpful in setting up my internet service and whole home. Also he called me and was able to move my installation appointment up by hours instead of waiting all day on the cable guy like other companies.

Lewis Warren installed our Point Broadband internet service. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very nice! He arrived as scheduled and went above and beyond to install in my desired location of the house. Thank you Lewis! He is definitely an asset to the company!

David (Opelika Alabama PBB Technician) was excellent! He was very patient and very concerned on getting my service corrected from the previous install that was not doing correctly and up and running properly! He deserves a bonus if only all PBB Technicians worked as hard as him it would be great!!

Lewis was an amazing installation tech. He explained the entire process, fulfilled our requests in a polite and courteous manner, and hung out with my seven-year-old during the installation; Intelligent, empathetic, and communicative. I would recommend Lewis and Point Broadband to all my friends, coworkers, and neighbors.

David was so professional and very nice and knew exactly what he was doing he also have awesome customer service experience and answered all my questions that I had. I give David a 10+. What a great guy. We need more people with great customer service like him.
