They couldn't help me with my situation, but they were friendly through the process. Building is kept nice and clean as well.

Not a good business bank. They charge for everything and don't tell you what before they do it.

Since the pandemic, pnc customer service has gone way downhill.Corporate help lines just ring forever and no one picks up unless you sit and wait for egregious amounts of time and local reps have little to no ability to actually do anything to help with issues.
