This location, staff: 5⭐. The employee up front on 1/22/2024 was very friendly and took extra time to thoroughly assist the customer before me (and me, too). UPS, give her a raise! Experienced team members like her make a difference.This location, hours: 2⭐. Limited on weekdays and nothing on weekends.

Great service. And my route delivery guy is the best. Missing 5th star because of shipping prices. Fuel and logistics are expensive but overnight is way too costly for anything bigger than documents.

I don’t even know where to start. They don’t know where my house is located. I think it’s because they don’t want to deliver to my house so they say there is an error with my address. This is ongoing and very frustrating. I wish they would take it to FedEx as they don’t have an issue.

Driver claimed an attempted delivery. There was someone home and didn't even knock. I have never had this problem with the service but this package I am waiting was time sensitive so by the time they drop it off at the Access point Monday morning it will most likely have to discard or send it back for a replacement. And I'm sitting at home now since I am off today and tomorrow. Great job UPS driver??

Im sick of this place....ive had multiple packages delivered and now all the sudden the driver gets lazy and cant find my address cus he dont want to do his job. And it makes me jumptheu hoops to get my package b4 it gets returned

The people at the Opelika alabama office simply do not care about their customers. I have made four complaints to a woman who works there. Neither, do they return phone calls. My family and I are very seriously considering using another shipping company. At this time we are regular customers of ups. We are very frustrated with ups.

The driver at this location doesn't even attempt to locate address. this is the 2nd time I've watched them drive by and then mark the package undeliverable. Then I have to deal with the idiots on the 1-800-# that are useless. now i have to drive 45 mins to get it myself

5 STARS FOR THOMAS!! My daughter is a student in Auburn and I mailed her a package to the wrong address. Thomas the UPS driver went out of his way to call me and coordinate her meeting him to pick it up. Thank you Thomas!

refuses to deliver packages to my house i have asked to leave across the street at a business i have even got it listed in ups my choice that way! it started when driver heard me talking with someone visiting in my house about i would use a shotgun if someone came thru breaking in no mater who it was break and enter would shoot i have had to go get packages 25 miles away at center. stil missing laptop computer that was shipped ups never got shipper has not got it returned. call but no one there to get on phone as i am disabled and have no operating car to go to center to get packages

This office is very horrible. They provide incorrect info saying things are delivered and not. I had one package before they argued that they delivered it but almost a month later they found the package.
