Horrible bank, what bank ATM just doesn’t give your card back !!!!!!! Do you know how much of an inconvenience this caused and your customer service is so nonchalant about the whole thing. Ridiculous. The reasoning behind this whole thing that I received is that lightening struck the machine and that sometimes it works and other times it does not. Dont use this bank, if they cant put something as simple as a note on the machine warning customers that they have been having ongoing issues with their atm to avoid said mishap, we wouldnt be here. Awful business.

I have been banking here since back when it was charter. It then changed to center state,and and now south state. Never had a problem before until recently. The service they provide is great its just the way they allow the staff to speak to customers that i dont like. I have never been yelled at by a staff member until the other day. I really think i will close my account.

One of the worst banking experiences every. The people at this location wasted my time and money producing almost a pack of copy paper worth of documentation just to be lied to. For this to be a "business" they really don't know what the color of money is.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this bank. They closed out my debit card with no warning and then would not reactivate the card or even tell me WHY it was closed. The representative I got in touch with in debit card support LIED to me instead of attempting to help.They did the same thing to my wife a few moths ago. I've also just found out that for some reason they've been sending unscheduled checks from my account. I'll be closing out everything I've got with these people just as soon as the banks are open after new years.

The online info for the banking hours I got was incorrect--did not say the drive through was open until SIX--so I stand corrected about the banking hours not being good. Thank you for the opportunity to amend my error.

On the maturity date of a CD, I couldn't close the CD account because the bank would not pay me the final month's interest. If I had closed my CD account on its maturity date, I would have lost the last month of interest.

Love this bank. Ms. Vernita has addressed me by name from day one and always has the best customer service. Walker always has a friendly smile at the window! 5 stars for a great staff

Tina Gibby did an excellent job with our mortgage. So good in fact, we moved all our banking there. They know our first names when we come in the front door!
