The service was wonderful! I had a problem that another Metro PCS store and customer service couldn’t seem to help me with but Nicole at this location got it taken care of in less that 15 minutes. She was so kind and helpful!

The selection there was to choose from was honestly astounding. I collect video games and ended up walking in finding a game I've been really wanting in my collection and the price was pretty great! I only come to Auburn to visit friends but Game X Change will definitely be a stop I always go to when I'm in town.

Nicole & Tip went way above to help us in an urgent medical situation requiring a a phone immediately. Metro should consider these 2 for serious tech support or customer service positions!!! Amazing customer service & help!

The customer service of the store was excellent, they were very friendly and very helpful; I was looking at getting a new phone and they explain what they had in stock and what they didn't have in stock.

Nicole has the best customer service. My husband and I both get our service through MetroPCS and we love going to see her she's very friendly and she gets us in and out very quickly. She also speaks Spanish which is great skill to have in any company! I appreciate her SO much. I would recommend anyone to Metro just for her!

So today I arrived at Metro and I was purchasing internet after several attempts later after Nelson try to put my information in the computer and several customer service calls and texting dm to resolve this issue Nelson finally got everything fix mind you he didn't stop trying after not receiving any help thank you so much Nelson for your hard work and dedication to the job it took 3 hours but he made sure he didn't leave me as an unsatisfied customer thanks again

I want to thank Nelson, Nicole and Tip for the help they provided when I switched from an iPhone to an Android. I am adjusting but it is difficult. That's another story. Also, all three have been helpful every time I have had to stop in for billing, tech and straightening out my issues. Thanks again guys! Blessings. ?

I could not have asked for a better experience nor better customer service than what was provided by both Nicole and Nelson. Was having a rough day when I went in, and left there with a smile. Thanks again Nicole and Nelson, you guys rock! Look forward to doing more business with this location.

One customer was at the counter when we walked in. The employee (I'm not sure what the title would be, ie service tech, associate, etc...) did not speak to us. She looked up at us but never said anything. We say there for almost 30 minutes without being acknowledged. She asked the customer one question the whole time, and then kept her eyes on his phone. It just felt like we were not welcomed. After 30 minutes of silence we just left.

if you're not going to post that a mask is required when the mandate has ended, don't harp at people to wear one. what's the point of us getting vaccinated when we still have to wear these? I have sensory issues and asthma, I should be the most scared about the virus but it's the mask that gives me issues. I want to support local but not when they're licking just as much leather as bigger chains.
