I have had two instances at this store in the last week which disappointed me. First, I ordered pine straw online and picked it up. I purchased rolled pine straw and got home to find bales in my trunk. This is about $4 difference in price so I lost about $20 due to employees not paying attention. Second instance, today, I went to find wire at the store but the call button didn’t work so I walked up to the customer service desk and they called an associate over the intercom to help. No one came. After ten minutes of waiting, I went to another nearby employee to ask for help and she said she would get someone but again no one came so I left after waiting another ten minutes. The Opelika Lowes lost my business today because I couldn’t get anyone to help!

Clean store and efficient friendly people but I do not like the self checkout and they could get a few more staff to assist people but still a well run store.

Rich answered in hardware and hooked me up! I was looking for a swing hanging kit and I had been to 3 different stores. He grabbed in and hung on to it till I could get over there from across the street. I had my newborn with me and was starting to get frustrated. Thank you so much Rich you made it super easy and convenient for me!

Always have been a good store. If the lanes were a bit more organized it would be 5 stars
