Messed up on scheduling. 2 days of packing turned into one cram day. It is now 7pm and they are still going with my dogs having to be outside and my wife and kid sitting in the car to stay out of their way so they can finish. Two people to pack a 3200 square foot home. Very slow workers. Very respectful though. Could have been planned and executed much better.

Chris and Shawn helped my mother move from Alabama to Tennessee. Same ones that boxed everything up, and remembered where everything went. So kind and polite. Very professional. Just so grateful. Just a wonderful experience. Thank you❤️

This is the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Overpriced!!!! Broke 2 TVs, damaged sofas, and stole tools. Over $3000 in damages and its been over 2 months and claim process still haven't been complete and keep getting run around about it. Never again.

Wonderful costumer service….the men were very helpful and took great care of furniture….they were on time on pickup and delivery and went above and beyond when delivery to San Antonio Tx to my daughter. Very pleased with price and entire experience…will be using them with future moves for sure!

My husband and I recently used Lambert Transfer & Storage to move locally. To say this was by far the best, most efficient, and hassle free move we’ve ever had would be an understatement! Not only were they incredibly kind and accommodating, but the moving equipment was top notch. The moving truck boasted top of the line safety features and the latest in environmentally friendly elements (which I appreciated on a personal level).Our furniture and boxes were handled with extreme care and everything was placed exactly as we wished.I cannot begin to express how impressed I was with this company. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

I moved from Auburn, AL to Williamsburg VA. The problems started when the loaders showed up a day late and the company knew we needed to be out of the house on a certain date. Packing and loading took two days and they finished at 9:30 PM the night before we had to be out of the house. On the next morning I found a few items including a bike in the front driveway where they forgot to load. When we arrived the delivery was satisfactory but there was damage. I sent a claim to Lambert and was told they would contact me if they needed anything for the claim. When I checked on the status a little more than a month later I was told I had to contact North American national claims. Lambert never did anything with my claim. I'm attempting to make the claim now but this move has been one frustration after another. I would look for a different company to move

Lambert was great to work with. They came and loaded the truck across two days. Then there were delays in our closing and they worked with us to come up with new dates for delivery. We would definitely use them again.

WOW! These guys are the best! Lambert Transfer & Storage, Inc./North American Van Lines in Alabama. Highly Recommend. From my first contact with John, then Sherry, then Antoine and his crew, and finally, Jerome and Stacy, my 1,400 mile move was SMOOTH, even at the height of the moving season, and on a really hot and humid day.I did my due diligence and contacted three movers for estimates. Lambert immediately returned my call and set up an appointment for an in- person estimate with John. It was clear John knew his stuff. One company over-estimated the weight of my stuff by 2,300 pounds and the 3rd company did a "virtual walk through" and then never bothered to send me the estimate. I understand that summer is the busiest month, but to not even send an estimate?!Thank goodness for Lambert. It was obvious from the get go they were the best. I'm so glad I went with them. Sherry regularly kept in touch with me before moving day. She let me know right away that they thought they had a driver but he couldn't do it and my move would be delayed a few days. Knowing that I had to move out, she reassured me that Lambert would pick up my stuff on the designated day and store my stuff (all insured) until the new driver could make the move. I was not in a hurry since my stuff was just going into a storage facility, and my stuff arrived only 3 days off the "window" Lambert first provided. (And John's estimate was 800 lbs. off but to be fair I was dumping as much as I could before moving day. John even delivered moving boxes I could use, that was a huge help.)The Lambert guys who moved me out were so great, in the heat and humidity of a summer day. The three movers were in and out in about 3 hours. I had some antique furniture pieces and they carefully blanketed them, they moved with care, and were careful in the house (it was a rental). Really appreciated how professional, skilled, courteous, and friendly they were. Thank you!Again, Sherry kept in touch with me and let me know when Jerome and Stacy would arrive with my stuff. Jerome called the day before and kept in contact with me. The day they arrived there was a "heat advisory" (102!) in effect but they did the job, carefully, quickly, and with obvious skill and experience. They also took great care with my antique furniture and even found and set aside the boxes I labeled "open me first." Nice! They were terrific. (And again, John knew the exact size of the storage facility I should rent.) Thank you a second time!Even though Lambert moves people all the time, all over the place, they treated me as a valued customer and I really appreciated that. They took the time and the care from beginning to end, couldn't ask for more!

After weeks of calling attempting to locate my child’s missing games and after weeks of being told lies of they are not in or he will be back later I spoke with Chris and he stated that he does not have dishonest employees and due to lack of complaints it’s nothing he could do and they know I left a bad review. I truly feel this is un acceptable especially after being referred through our home owners(stone Martin) and paying over a $1000 in moving fees for strictly moving. We packed our own boxes and were over charged and treated poorly he will be filing more than bad review you have a blessed day as well Chris #RipOff

The driver Stanley was great. On time, very professional, And a very friendly demeanor. My company will have my camper sent home at the end of this project and I am going to request they send Stanley to haul it again.

During a recent move through stone Martin builders during the move about 10 video games for a Nintendo switch went missing we have gotten all unpacked and Called multiple times to locate the games but they just tell us we will receive a call back. I would not recommend they were referred through our builders and items still went missing

We referred through our home builders ***** ****** for a discount on the move first off they price of the quote changed after they did a walk through and quoted us so there was no discount it was originally quoted at $750 after the move they stated the price changed to $1000 which I feel was discrimination due to the fact that they waited until the move was complete on top of they did not assist or help with packing it was all done prior to the move. Out items where scraped up really bad as well as my child's ******** ****** games where stolen during the move which were about 10 games or more after contacting for days immediately after the move they would push me off stating i would receive a call back or the guy Chris was not in. Finally after getting in contact with Chris he stated he does not have dis honest employees, his insurance will not cover the games they just don't do that, it's our fault for packing the games the way we did, and I have already left a bad review and proceeded to tell me to have a good day and hung up in my face I feel this is discrimination after my sling color was noticed the treatment took a turn for the worse and the treatment was unacceptable and we were robbed

Each person from Lambert I spoke with, from the receptionist to the management, were pleasant, professional and helpful. When I needed more help, they offered changes, they listened and offered options to solve the problem. The crew were punctual and just as professional. Even when it started to rain, the crew continued to unload, and worked to protect my furnishings. They paused briefly when lightning started, but immediately went back to work as soon as it was safe. I was and still am impressed with their work effort. I will definitely call Lambert again for any future needs.
