First, the lady at the drive-through window seemed to have an attitude. We dropped off the prescription at ten. I called four hours later and they initially said they did not have anything from me. After ten minutes on the phone, they finally found it and said it was ready. I had just come out of root canal surgery and in pain. I told the lady as such. This will be our last time to come here for prescriptions.

My mother was given the WRONG PRESCRIPTION. The mistake was corrected the following day. And then was called two days later by a rude associate, who had not spoken with her team. She was unprofessional and unapologetic for her error!

Frequent turnovers, unfriendly and rude pharmacist. The pharmacist are also lazy and will ignore you when you need help. They will not help the tech when when they become overwhelmed at the drive thru with customers and simultaneously at the pharmacy counter. My family and I purchase many prescriptions from kroger pharmacy, and have been for many years. I think we may have seen and experienced enough..
