“SHAUNDA WAS THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON AT ANY RETAIL STORE IVE BEEN TOO! She was fast. Efficient did not miss a beat, and when I say, she was absolutely tremendous, I mean from the bottom of my heart she needs a raise! My husband calls me the queen of returns because I don’t like to waste money so when I say in the customer service department, I’ve never seen anyone who didn’t miss something or have a horrible attitude. She was very sweet, upbeat, and efficient. She definitely needs a raise and y’all are lucky to have her.”
