“Got to self checkout and the worker Jeremy with 515 on his name tag went above and beyond with his customer service and took the time to patiently teach my autistic son how to use the register and the bill acceptor. He even covered the $0.50 I was short so that I didn't have to run back across the parking lot with my child. Hands down best experience ive ever had at kroger. And he even gave him a sticker for doing a good job paying. I wish I could give him way more than 5 stars. He deserves a raise.”

“For being out a little further than in town it's a great place to stop in the heat for free air conditioning and a stroll through the isles with kind courtesy and the willingness to provide the customer with what they need or want in the store or at the gas pumps. Considering it's no Love's Truck stop off the interstate. The kindness makes up for everything, and the willingness to help you find an alternative to what you need that they don't carry is remarkable. I'm so grateful Liberty was open when I needed cold water and a cool place to be for a few minutes on a hot day.Thanks for the kindness when it was needed most. I was ready to fall into tears and the nice gentleman made my tearful thoughts vanish with his fun attitude and kind words. I am most grateful ?.”

“It's old, small, a bit dingy, the shelves can sometimes be a hot mess... but I'm glad this location is here. Prices are often lower on basic goods than the Piggly Wiggly next door, and I can't recall ever having an unpleasant interaction with the employees. The cashiers are usually nice folks, friendly and pleasant. The lost star is for the condition of the store (blame corporate and the shopping center landlord) and sometimes dubious stock compared to other DGs in Auburn-Opelika (blame corporate again).”

“This Kroger location is great. Most items are in stock. Sometimes extra sharp cheddar cheese slices are out of stock but it does not take long before it is restocked. I'm glad they have two sections for self checkout. The bakery and deli has a good selection of food items.”

“I enjoyed my visit there it was the first time I had been there since the remodel my time there tonight was quite enjoyable then the storm tried to set in shortly after leaving but that has nothing to do with Dollar general it was about anyway i had a pleasant time while there and it was much needed since not to often do I have those so thanks DG keep it up with the awesome atmosphere much appreciated”
“Everyone was happy and helpful this morning. I love this Walmart. Everyone was working together and watching out for us, the customers. Also, found everything I needed. One associate offered help which at the time I didn’t need any. Another saw me getting things off a top shelf as he was passing by. He quickly came to help. Although the item ended up not being what I wanted he quickly found what I wanted, on the top shelf, and got it for me. So grateful. ☺️”
