JP, the service tech, took a socket and wrench and fixed my suspension problem in the parking lot for free. He could have easily just asked me to make an appointment and pay but instead made an effort to fit me into his busy schedule for no charge. Great to see that there are still some honest people in this industry.

This was my first time buying a GM product as I have always owned Ford trucks, but the new GMC 1500 AT4X with the Duramax engine caught my eye and I was sold! Kenny Senn was my salesman and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. After a little back and forth with the sales manager we agreed on a fair price and I cannot be more happy with my purchase!
