Four Season's customers shouldn't have to visit multiple bank locations in order to find a competent employee... Wasted an inordinate amount of time unsuccessfully trying to convince two brain-dead employees at this branch that my Four Seasons debit card, which expired the next day, would actually stop working the next day. They just wanted to argue, claimed that the card which expired the next day was good for 3 more years, wanted to charge me $15 if I wanted a new card, and refused to close my account the three times I requested that they do so. Went to main branch, explained that I hadn't received a new card in the mail, and was out the door in a couple of minutes with a new one.

Awful bank I’m going to switch as soon as I am able. At the ATM you can’t add money to your account and there is ALWAYS a problem with the online banking. It’s like this bank is super old for no reason.

I have been with Four Seasons Credit Union for over 16years and I have never had any issues with them.I would refer everybody to them if I could.Customer service reps are friendly and very helpful.I wouldn't change banks if I had to.Thanks Four Seasons FCU!

I only give it one star because I have two this is the worst bank I have personally ever experience there ATMs are out of date there's not enough of them you cannot deposit cash in ATM the online banking app is horrible and constantly malfunctions I do not like the customer service they don't do scrap for you on Saturdays they charge you $15 for a debit card replacement they close early on Wednesdays and I can keep going there fees everything I don't know how this Bank is still open absolutely horrible I'm closing my account first thing Monday morning

Tuesday morning 9:15 am. Branch is supposed to be open at 9.........no one in sight. No message on door saying they will be closed.

If you want smart mouthed tellers and an atm machine that is regularly out of service then this is the bank for you. I’ve been a customer 15+ years and rarely deal with you all in per because the customer service is just not there.

Was a customer since moving to Opelika. Last week their ATM physically damaged my debit card and terminals elsewhere can no longer read the embedded chip. Went in today to apply for another card and they demanded $15 for a new one (which likely costs them much less than $1). Didn't make any sense to pay for card their machine damaged when tomorrow I can open a bank account elsewhere for free...
