Take the time to go get your rental from the store in Auburn. I placed a reservation through the enterprise website for a Standard pickup from this store for work purposes. When our driver arrived for the truck we had reserved he was told that there were no trucks or even SUVs available at this location. They also told our driver "We will be right with you" and our driver proceeded to watch the associates walk out to their car and leave the property. He drove off 20 minutes later with no rental vehicle

In HUNDREDS of car rentals throughout my career, I cannot think of a better overall experience. Good price, engaged employees, and when I had a slight hiccup on the return time, they graciously dealt with it. Oh, and I've never been briefed so thoroughly on general and safety features prior to driving off the lot.

NEVER USE ENTERPRISEI was charged $1703. for 6 days in a minivan! I'm a grandmother and was with two (baby) grandchildren stranded on I85 in middle of summer heat. I called on Enterprise to rescue me because I thought they were a reputable company. It turns out Enterprise uses predatory business practices against people in the most vulnerable times of their lives. The regional manager, Kevin, offered to reimburse me $250 during negotiations but he could never explain how Enterprise charged me 3x the average rate. I agreed to take his offer of $250 but told him I was still going to report them to BBB for predatory business practices, he then reneged on his offer. Proving to me, that this is a dishonest mega-corporation who preys on customers during a crisis- just like I thought. Such a sad world we live in that huge corporations are so shameless.NEVER USE ENTERPRISE

This location was way better than LaGrange. I dealt directly with the branch manager. He was incredibly helpful and nice. He went above and beyond my expectations to be sure I had a good experience. Thank you Roman. I appreciate you and will definitely rent from you again when I need a car! YOU ROCK!!!!

Went to go pick up a suv because mine is being worked on. When I got there they told us they didn't have anything available it's been 2 days with no car with them will not recommend at all poor management and poor communication with customers.

The guy at the desk was polite, but made a reservation over a week ago to pick up today at 1000 and was told they don't have anything till after lunch. Poor planning and management.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I’m being charged over $300 for my rental due to lack of communication. When I got my rental the guy working gave me no Information. NONE only to return with half a tank. When I got my car it smelt of cigarette smoke so bad it gave me a headache and low tire pressure (luckily I have photos to prove it) I put more money into the car getting it cleaned and more air int eh tire than anything. I luckily looked up that I have 30 days with the car due to me going on vacation. I was expecting to pay for the 3 days I went over but they are saying I went 10 days. This is INCORRECT. I just wish I was given more information or I would’ve had ways to get it back to them. I’m very upset and they are not being helpful to me. I’m sick to my stomach and I hope NO ONE has to experience this like I have. For a girl that had to pay over 2,000 to get her old car fixed this really isn’t helping the situation. I’m very very very upset with this business

Recently booked a reservation only to be notified the very morning of my reservation that they do not have a vehicle for me. In case you do not know what reservation means- it keeps the car for a customer who is willing to pay. If you would simply tell your customer to cancel the reservation because you don't have a single vehicle, why would you have your reservation system opened?

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. The employees at this location do not care and the absolutely useless. They have horrible attitudes and no desire to make things right when they screw up. The store manager will not return phone calls or emails. Please do not make the mistake we did by using this branch.
