so i placed a pickup order to pick up at 3-4pm at 9am in the morning and nobody knew about it the whole day. by the time i got there (4:30), which was an extra thirty minutes, i asked for the order and nobody knew that it was even a thing. the person who was supposed to complete my order left without completing it. nobody knew what was going on and they could barely comprehend what was happening on their side of the app. i don’t believe that this dollar general is capable of completing and taking pick up orders. DO NOT PLACE A PICK UP ORDER WITH THIS STORE.

Wow! Literally looks like the store has been subject to looting at the hands of a unruly mob during some sort of civil unrest. It's really really bad. Advise going to any of the other dollar generals in the area. Don't waste your gas going to this one. Really not cool because for so many people in this area this is the closest source of home goods without a 45 minute trip. Someone needs to come get this bad boy under control.

I showed up 5 minutes early before opening, and was waiting at the door in the cold with my newborn. The two women working knocked on the glass and one directed me to MOVE away from the door.. as if I’m causing anyone trouble? and the other lady held up her hands saying “10 minutes” until they open, when it was definitely 5. God forbid you let a mother and her newborn inside or even near the door to wait. And then tell me to MOVE? try being in recovery from a c section, loading your child’s car seat in a cart, rolling all the way up to the entrance, and someone tells you to move because they don’t feel like watching you wait for the doors to open. So here’s a big middle finger for the both of you, I hope the next time one of you want someone to show YOU some grace…they don’t.

Why did I walk almost a mile in the rain just to get here and the store wasn’t open?!! AT 13:30!!! Pointless for it to even be there if you aren’t going to be open when people need you to be. PLACE IS TRASH BOTH PHYSICALLY AND METAPHORICALLY WITH STUFF NEVER STOCKED AND UNDEPENDABLE OPENING HOURS.

The people out here really needed this Dollar General. Its quite a ways into town otherwise. Overall nice store. It's been broken into a couple of times, from a safety standpoint I'd be weary, but otherwise its a great stop to get a snack or drink or any other household necessity.

Always has freight everywhere and not out on the shelves. Had one if the employees drop freight right where I was looking for an item. Need more employees to put freight out.
