Thoughtful and caring. I really appreciate how they take time to listen and assist my elderly mom. She feels supported and never rushed.

Went there tonight. The door was halfway open and the employee said they were closed. This was at 6PM. Their hours online said they closed at 7PM. Very disappointed.

It's starting to get bad when you walk in, get what you need, no one around but the cashier on her cell phone, not doing anything and you ask her is she checking out at first register she says no use the self checkout. They wonder why they don't get paid nothing, because they literally have nothing better to do but stay on their cellphone. At least I was trying to give her a job. Ring me up! It was approximately 5pm today. So you know who she is. But hey the way the world works you say something she may quit so you may want to take cell phone privileges away. Don't forget there is a CVS work phone. They can give it to the family to call for emergencies and do away with the cell phones privileges. If they have a problem with that replace them. Employees forget they are so replaceable it's not even funny. There are people that want to work. Get right or get gone girl. I said it! That way if your boss didn't. I did. And if the boss does put his or her foot down. Good for CVS. That means we will be working towards a better world. If not that's why you have a 2.2 review rating.

This was ghetto and unprofessional… The lady that checked me out was rude….. Instead of giving me her full attention she was gossiping about another employee who was 25 ( who name start with M) dating someone 32 years old… That is very messy and unprofessional to be talking about that when y'all have customers and it’s a line in drive thru.. Wait till you have no customers to have conversations like this.. I’m taking the time for this review because the young lady was very rude and didn’t apologize. please do better.. when I asked for a manager, the supervisor was one of the ladies gossiping… I should not know that the employee who name starts with a M likes older men and that yall don’t agree… I wouldn’t even did this review if someone had respected me as a customer after I spent 177 dollars on medication something I do each month….. smh very disappointed

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! The week of Christmas, total of 2 employees working, l and one was the pharmacist. Long line for retail checkout… impossible. As we were just passing through, I put down my items totaling over a $50 sale and walked away. Do not shop here.

Very Rude and unprofessional!!! The pharmacy feels that everything is a joke to them. They don't have any sense of urgency to get people's medicine filled in a timely manner or respect for anyone. Years ago it wasn't like this ?????

This place has gotten to where it just plain sucks. Last 4 months, drive through been closed when it is supposed to be open. Go inside stand in line and they just let people cut in front of you with out a care in the world. Piss poor management, and I say that because one is never there when asked to speak to one. Try to call during day, phone goes to a voicemail that says they are closed. My last time to spend a nickel in this joint!!

The young black woman who is the Tech & Milly in the pharmacy was very rude and complicated to deal with. The tech didn’t want to run my insurance to cover my prescription saying we can get your information but we ain’t about to run it now as she was closing the bars down on me. I told her she didn’t have to be disrespectful to me and she just kept yapping and bumping her gums at me and I just gave her back the same attitude she gave me and I file a complaint with the store manager. She needs to be removed from her position. She got the hot head and thinks she’s in charge but can easily get the fist ? Ijs. Remove her today!! Other customers feel the same.. I don’t like her!! Now I’m calling 1-800-shop-CVS to file more complaints.

I would absolutely love to get my daughters medicine in a timely manner instead of having to wait because the workers are gossiping about each other. Super unprofessional and annoying. You can tell it’s a toxic place to work in.

Yesterday afternoon, I spent 25 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone to help with my family member’s prescription. I was told the wrong information by the tech, even after I asked specific billing questions twice. I was told to call the insurance company to ask about copay information, but this was not an insurance issue. I called back to get the problem fixed, only to spend another 30 minutes waiting for someone to finally pick up the phone. I eventually got the same tech and asked her to reverify the billing information, which was still wrong since an old coupon card was being used for billing, and a 90 day supply was filled when I only needed a 30 day supply. She told me “I FIXED IT” but the copay was still incorrect - she replied to “just go somewhere else!” and also told me “we don’t take insurance information over the phone!” and hung up on me.
When I transferred the prescription to the CVS in Target, they used the correct insurance + coupon on my profile to fill the prescription, which resulted in the correct copay. This convoluted runaround every time you need to get a prescription filled AND billed correctly is an unnecessary barrier to patient care and is simply harmful to patients.
As a pharmacist myself, I am truly sad for patients that are forced to use this pharmacy, as they will not have access to accurate medical information or medical advice from a pharmacist (30+ minutes to have a call answered from a patient is truly dangerous).
It’s just terrible for the community.

I took my mom to this CVS, across from the hospital to pick up her prescription from Stopwatch Urgent Care on Saturday 9/9/23. They were the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. The younger white lady that was in there asked my mom her name three times(which is Mary). Then she went to the back to check another computer comes back to the counter and asked my mom again. What was her name? To tell her they don’t have the prescription it wasn’t sent over yet that she can come back in two hours with the nastiest attitude. I proceeded to tell her my mom doesn’t live here and we didn’t have two hours she’s sick. The older white man in the back stated “well she can go somewhere else”. I was going to buy my mom’s prescription and some IV packs and some vitamins. I put all that back and went to Walgreens. We were out of there within 20 minutes. I will never go back to that CVS/Opelika Across from the hospital. If I could have given them, zero stars, I would have.

Do not go here for moneygram pickup. If they don't have the cash in their register you can't pickup. Makes no sense
