Waited in a very long line to be told I need ID to buy cigarettes. I’m in my early sixties. I understand if I were even in my fourties’, but I was not waiting in that line again. Cashier seemed really irritated anyway, not friendly at all. I’ll keep going to the other Circle K on Pepperell even though it’s further from my house. Every person in that store is friendly.

clerk at 2nd ave opelika store was rude messed up my total costing me 4 more dollars than what the same thing at other locations cost then refused to straighten it out just wanted to serve the next of 2 other people in line was on speaker phone with a man asking if he changed his sheets on his bed maybe money dont matter to her when a customer is trying use less of theirs she didnt want to think of what she was doing at register fir that distracting male on the phone.

The one of exit 64 Opelika be careful when going in that one at night. There be some shady looking people just standing in the store looking and asking for money. It needs to be more cops present around there

Between my husband and myself we stop at this store 3-4 times per day and today will be the last. I've never been treat with so much disrespect while trying to get a drink. The employee that is new there really needs to learn how to treat her customers.

I give this store 5 stars because it is the only gas station, the 25th of my search, that had kerosene. I stopped by every gas station along College Street from Sandhill-Beehive roads up through Auburn, then along Auburn-Opelika Road and this was my 25th stop, and voila, it had kerosene. At $6.99/gal, it beats Walmart, Lowe's, etc.

After recently posting a review, I have spoken with the manager of this store. She was very pleasant, honest and helpful. She refunded my money and I felt like she was sincere in apologizing for the rude way an employee was last night. I changed my star rating from a 1 star to a 4 star because of this. Managers like her make all the difference. Thank you ma’am for being nice and helpful and for reacting like a manager should. Not all managers have that quality.
