“I made a reservation with enterprise on their website but when I got there they said they did not have any cars. Went up the street to U-Save and they had me in a car and on the road in a matter of minutes and the rate the gave me was cheaper than enterprise. I will not rent a car anywhere else but U-Save again. They are great!!!!”

While I might agree with the lower ratings from years back, for me, the experience has been exceptional since Amber became the manager. Before she was hired, I would regularly show up on or well before the time of my reservation and end up waiting for hours... without fail. My travel is associated with a group and I typically have 4-5 cars reserved. So I would end up with 20 plus people waiting for hours to begin our journey. This is a college group and we almost always are operating under strict time constraints... having a definitive time by which we must arrive at our destination. Time is always of the essence and leaving 3 hours late for a 6 hour drive is extremely problematic. So, we actually began to build in 3 extra hours just to accommodate the inevitable delays caused by Enterprise. Since Amber became manager, the problems have disappeared! On one occasion, we made a mistake in entering the reservation time online and she was expecting us to show up at 12:00. When we arrived at 9:00, one of the vans we needed had not yet been returned. It was due in at 11:00. She got on the phone and had another van for us within the hour even though the mistake was ours. I have flown into airports in cities late at night only to learn that my three month advance car reservation can meant nothing. No cars at 1:00 a.m.! Or forced to must stand in line for 1.5 hours at 2:00 a.m. Ever seen the Seinfeld about rental car reservations? Anyone who rents cars can relate. I think Amber is a phenomenon manager. She is respectful, humble, insanely patient when things could become tense as they often do at car rental counters (nature of the business), and a master problem solver. She's the kind of manager I'd hire any day. And, no, I do not know her at all outside of this now much more pleasant business relationship.”
“In HUNDREDS of car rentals throughout my career, I cannot think of a better overall experience. Good price, engaged employees, and when I had a slight hiccup on the return time, they graciously dealt with it. Oh, and I've never been briefed so thoroughly on general and safety features prior to driving off the lot.”
