We have been here since 8.05 and the opening manager has not showed up yet. Its now 8.45 and still all employees waiting outside so when another employee called apparently another person told that employee that something happened and she had to sleep in so everybody's outside waiting while customers is in the parking lot waiting very unprofessional!!!!

This is one of the best thrift stores I have ever been to. They have very helpful staff and a huge variety of everything. And the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.

I like this place, so clean and organized. Other thrift stores does not compare in size, cleaniness, and service as this one. It's my favorite of all time

Went to this store for the first time today and was extremely disappointed.Trying to sell moldy tapes that don’t work & A single Disney doll for $3 in a plastic bag is ridiculous.Americas doesn’t care about the environment apparently! And they are greedy too.Hopefully the new one isn’t this horrible

Overpriced store with items that are broken or moldy. Every item is way overpriced and the store is dirty. One of the managers were very rude I heard them yelling at an employee for nothing. This place makes goodwill look nice. There are roaches and it smells off. Some of the workers have a good attitude and are racist.

It seems like they scan every item before putting it out. Americas thrift store does not want you to get a deal! They are extremely expensive & sometimes you have to call the store for them to restock items??…… Why??? Not even worth going to anymore

We enjoy shopping here and do find items we were looking for cheaper than what can be purchased new. The last couple of times we have shopped there tags have been placed in a way as to cause holes or snags in the items. Causing t-shirt material to run and make larger holes. And other dress items snagging in a way that cannot be repaired. It would be easy to keep this from happening by simply putting the tags in the inside seams of clothing or across the hem of the neckline. If I shop there in the future I will go back to checking to make sure item will not have a hole in it once the tag is removed. Unfortunately this requires removing the tag before you purchase it......

This America's Thrift Store has raised their prices to the point where they are losing customers (me and everyone I know), aren't getting new customers, and employees I know talk about being worried about their jobs and future of the store. The shelves are overflowing, everything I looked at today was broken, incomplete, obsolete, had been there for weeks, or was just an empty box. It was impossible to look through items without others falling off shelf and onto the floor - so I gave up.I found out something today that I didn't know... ATS is a company that solicits "donations" but isn't in any way a charity or nonprofit. They get other people's junk for free, put astronomical prices on it, and can't provide a receipt that we can use for taxes.I'd guess, after today's visit, that employees (that I don't know) think something is up (possibly related to County recently placing a lein on the store for unpaid taxes) and are now all rude and unhelpful.

This place is HUGE and if you look long enough, you can some really good deals. I found a NordicTrak treadmill that only had 15 hours on it for $60. You can find all sorts of used clothes, but the prices are a bit high for a thrift store. $9-10 for a t-shirt is ridiculous. The worst part of this store is the fitting rooms. For a store of this size, there should be multiple rooms, but unfortunately there's only 2...and those two are so poorly lit inside, it's hard to see what you are trying on. If a room is occupied and the person opens the door to leave, if the next person doesn't catch it before it closes, the door is locked. If you go to the front area to ask someone to bring a key, no one ever comes. I'm not sure why the fitting room doors have to be locked...what's the purpose in that?Other than the fitting room issues, the store is kept nice and clean and organized quite well. You just have to look hard to find something that's not overpriced...but that's true in almost all thrift stores now.

I would not donate nor buy anything here. They have nasty attitudes about helping anyone. They plunder through while it's in the back and still put it out and if someone ask about it they say someone in the back has already bought it but its not in the books.

Top notch as far as thrift stores go! Just massive with reasonable prices on most everything.
