I usually don’t leave reviews especially negative ones. But a heads up, By far the WORST insurance i have ever had. They charge an application fee hidden as an agency fee of $30. Tried to contact a supervisor about it. Told me to wait 72 hours for a call back. That was a month ago. You hold forever just to get someone. They send a bill a week after starting my policy. Tell you that there is flexible pay however they give you a due date before it’s actually due and give late fees based off that. I just paid my bill that was due on sept 5. They sent another bill on September 4 and billed it due sept 5. I’ve been holding to talk to them about it for over an hour. Customer service is the absolute worst and i will be switching
