THIS LOCATION IS NOT A PART OF CORPORATE!!! I was told I could sell back a phone I paid off for account credit. Not only did they not credit my account but they failed to even make notes for corporate to be able to find the credit. I called this Oneonta store first to find out why and was just flippantly told to dial *611 and talk to them, Kayla at the store couldn't help. I will never go to this store again. The closest corporate store is in Gadsden, make sure you go there for any issues NOT ONEONTA!!

Just want to say how awful and rude the people at this store are. I was in the middle of a very important issue over the phone with a girl named Kayla and she just cut me off and said “I can’t be on the phone with you while I have customers walking in the store” okay I am literally a customer NO different than the one who just walked in. Also, they lied to me and said I could use a gift card I got for switching and my trade in credit to pay off my phone and then since I was rudely hung up on I called another location and was informed that that is not allowed and that if I want to pay off the phone, have to pay the full retail price. That’s low. AT&T might not get the best reception but at least they didn’t lie to me.

very friendly employees, they new there information about all there cellphones and were very helpful answering any of the questions that my mother had. will definitely be coming back again.
