Good prices and services but I got an alignment on 3 cars and then steering wheel on all was slightly to the right. They need to calibrate their machine.

Went there a couple times a few years back because I was making almost daily trips into Birmingham and the massive potholes and bad streets really created major problems for the front end of my Jeep. The did a good job on what they did and what I could afford but with so much damage done I finally sold the vehicle. They were very friendly and helpful and explained my problems and what needed to bring it back to a good condition. Id recommend them and probably go back to them if needed

Alignment, car pulls the other way now and steering wheel not straight. Tires not balanced, went somewhere else to get the tires rebalanced now it's right

Had tires and struts installed a few months ago. Returned vehicle with abs indicator on and said they could not fix it. Had previous owner show up on pick up day to keep peace. Do not recommend this company for any type of service. Sad day for Oneonta to know so many companies do not care for their customers.

Broke the master to my locking lug nuts. Just said it happens all the time. When I asked if he would pay for the replacement he said no not really. I had just bought tires a few months before. The master lug replacement was $15.00. They lost my business over 15.00! Don’t put the impact on the lug nut master!!! It will break! A tire store should know this!
