Craig was super easy to work with. It was short and sweet. Definitely the easiest car dealership I’ve worked with. Dee in the finance department explained everything clearly and made it a quick process as well. We will definitely be back & highly recommend them!

By far my best experience compared to other dealerships. The positive reviews I read ahead of time proved to be true.Christian was knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated his patience as I asked a lot of questions and took an extended time to fully inspect the vehicle after the test drive. Great experience.

I’m sooo happy concerning the way that I was treated with stellar professionalism & respect when I inquired about a vehicle at this dealership. It was a man name, Dante’ -I found Dante to be very knowledgeable and informative throughout our interaction. I could tell that this was an establishment that strive for relationships, not just for sales. I highly recommend him to do your business with, he’s the one to find anytime you are in the market for a vehicle. I will think of Dante for all things transportation for now on for myself and all my friends and family. EXTRAORDINARY customer service-bar none! ?

Brought a new Ram 1500 from Ninja. She was great. Some problems getting truck and info. They forgot to put my tag on new truck from trade in. I found it in back seat. Ninja was great.

I came into your dealership very skeptical with a flyer I got in the mail. I was greeted by a nice girl named Ninge. She explained the process and showed me some cars. Ninge was very knowledgeable about all the cars she showed me, she wasn’t pushy like most salespeople which I appreciated. I will be back when I’m ready to purchase.

Well I fell for the scam from these nasty slimy people. I received a mailer and the scratch off matched for 2,500 cash. I even called and asked if it was real and was lied to so they could get me down there to try and harass me into a car. I believed them. I just can't even believe this is done to people. I'm a Disabled Veteran & defended our freedom just so nasty people can scam people like this, it's got to feel real disgusting lying to people as your day job. Just gross. Now I know why people don't like car salesman.

Service department took great care of our truck on maintenance and service. Job was done in a very efficient manner. Everyone was so nice and made you feel welcome. We will use all American Chrysler Dodge Jeep in the gut for our routine service and maintenance.Thank you and will see you again for next maintenance service. I mistakenly sent a service review that was meant to go to north country in Arab. My apologies on that one. We will see all American Chrysler Dodge Jeep for our Wrangler Rubicon and dodge truck service or any purchases for the future.

10/10 recommend for quality, communication and customer service. My mom bought a Highlander from all American, and loved it so much that she referred me to all American. They did not disappoint with my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee. They have a great selection of used and new cars. So friendly and so welcoming and will definitely help you find something that perfectly fits you and your needs!

Bought a 2021 40k miles car in Nov. 2022... first month had to replace accelerator. 10 month transmission died. Got that fixed under warranty. Then the air intake needs be fix 3 weeks after that. I was defiantly sold a lemon! Would not trust buying any used car from this place.

You couldn't ask for a better well oiled machine to help get you into the Vehicle that you desire. Luke Makovica is by far the best General Sales Manager I've ever had the pleasure to work for. Craig Curlette has the most experience of any car guy I've ever known, there isn't a question you can ask that he doesn't have an answer to. James Russel is a selfless man who will bend over backwards for his customers and friends. He will have you in and out of the finance office in record time. Eddie will work your entire deal over the phone if so desired to help your schedule.If you need ever need a vehicle take the drive to Oneonta I promise you, it will be worth what ever drive time you had to incur and you will leave smiling.
