The people are really friendly and helpful.Your staff are attentive and caring, while remaining efficient and professional.Everyone is so helpful. People there go over and above to help with our prescription problems.They know who I am. I walk in and they say hi to me by name. I call in refills and a lot of them recognize my voice. It's very different than when I was using big chain pharmacies.

This is my hometown pharmacy and I love that the staff is friendly and kind. I like that I can pick up the phone and have my prescriptions refilled. The drive thru makes it even more convenient. My insurance has asked several times that I use the mail delivered services but I have declined because I don't want to lose my individual attention that I receive at Odenville Drugs.

Strike One- -was asked if I have been vaccinated. That’s a HIPAA violation- should only be offered the vaccination ( Covid)Strike Two- -Persuading a client to take the vaccination by saying “ it’s beneficial to the world”Strike three- -not making sure your client understands everything they were just asked in the questionnaire and why it’s important to do so.-Review and be sure that your client understands what covid is and what the injection is to do and be sure you tell them the pros and cons. ( it’s not all positive)- Maybe even ask if they have a family member or a friend to talk it over with them to be sure this is what they want to do— instead of being so quick to inject before they know all the facts.

Rude as hell! If i had an insurance change how hard is it for my pharmacy to let me know of this change? Although ive been paying full price for one of my medications for months that my previous insurance always covered.... so not really sure why you were charging me that if i had insurance. Had no issue being rude to me. Wont run a rx savings card either because supposedly it “cost them more money” well i have news for you.... CARE MORE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND NOT MONEY. Transferring my prescriptions✌?✌? Don't use this pharmacy. Money hungry

Have been treated VERY very well by this pharmacy up until today and I still won’t hold it against them. I will still use them for all of my drug needs. The older woman that works the window sometimes was pretty rude to me on the phone today. She acted like I was bothering her with my concerns when I called. Sounded like a rude old woman that you talk to when you call a place such as the Dmv. Disappointing, considering I have always been treated with top notch service from this pharmacy. Maybe she was just having a bad day, which we all have, but I would definitely consider leaving the attitude at home.... :)
