I have an Allstate Water Damage Claim dating back to April 4th, 2020. An Antique China Closet was damaged. Allstate sent FRN out to give an estimate. Allstate agreed on the amount & arranged for FRN to come and Pick up the China Closet & 2 Mahogany End Tables with glass & an Antique Fringed Oriental Entry Way Rug that was damaged. This was all picked up first week of May 2020. Very nice people with FRN. Took great care of my belongings, photographed all of it individually, documenting everything.To make a very long story short, today is September 2, 2020.I have been given the run around& even on one phone call FRN stated that Allstate hadn't paid for the invoice yet & said also matter of fact that Allstate owed quite a few claims other than mine, but that it wouldn't stop them from delivering my belongings. Allstate told me that they would go ahead & take care of it. That was a month ago. Still...None of my text messages or emails or calls are being answered. It seems really that both are to blame here.I've waited patiently. I've paid my Insurance Premiums. This China Closet was my Mother's. It means so much to me. I will be canceling my Insurance with Allstate. Shon Grady is my reason for my decision. As far as FRN, they need to atleast make an attempt to reach me in this matter. I am extremely disappointed in FRN. The better business bureau will be notified.FRN has many different phone numbers & most are disconnected or a wrong number. The Website is misleading as when I got in touch, they said they used to be a sister to FRN in Alabama but parted ways. Even one of the FRN employees impersonated the Man I was calling!! The man I was calling has a very unusual distinct voice in which I recognized immediately but he played like that Man was gone for the day!!HELP!!! I am about to pull my hair out. FRN had told me that everything was ready nearly 8 weeks ago!! Said maybe a couple of touch up's.I would like to let everyone know that the Contents of my Townhouse were delivered recently after posting my review above. They were extremely nice. My China Closet looks good, my two Mahogany End Tables look great, however myAntique Oriental Fringed Entry Way Rug was accidentally thrown away by an employee after they had it professionallyCleaned to deliver back to me.Sad about that, no accommodations were made up for my loss either. I was told to call Allstate Insurance Company Claim Division to report it.I have since canceled my Renters Policy with Allstate.
