Loved our experience! Did everything online with Brooke! She text, called, and emailed back and forth until we came up with the best deal! Come to find out she was the financier, but handed us over to Donnie and he was a great guy to deal with! Very friendly and did his best to meet everything Brooke had for us! I highly recommend Donnie at Vaden! Great guy to work with.. We love our 2018 Yaris IA! Thanks Brooke and Donnie!

We tried to deal with four different dealerships. They all were given a one shot deal as far as out the door price. One dealership believed me on the one shot. We knew what we wanted and gave specs and bought sight unseen over the phone. Alice Ricks at Vaden Toyota in Sylacauga knocked everyone else out of the park. She takes care of her customers and believes when they say “it's a one shot deal - give me your best price. Our time is valuableâ€. She will find you exactly what you want. Highly recommended.
