My family and I just moved to the Tuscaloosa area and unfortunately had to find a new bank since our current bank doesn’t have any branches here. I always research the benefits that banks offer as well as fees and Wells Fargo was top 3 in those areas in my opinion. We decided to go with them and went into the Northport branch on McFarland Boulevard and I was happy we did! Tara was so wonderful and even showed us some benefits and features that I didn’t see when I was researching online. She even took us out to the walk-up ATM to make sure we wouldn’t have any issues using it if we ever needed to. I definitely recommend the Northport branch of Wells Fargo for your banking needs!

I had quite an ordeal with a certain issue, and wound up moving to using this particular branch.I cannot speak highly enough about the employees that work here. DeVon, Steve, and the various others who handle everyone who comes in, you are appreciated. Maybe not this particular bank but Wells Fargo as a whole is an awful bank. They will do anything to try and get every single dime and penny they can from you including being underhanded. Worst bank ever. Moving banks. Don't ever open an account here.

It said how you have a worker name Debbie Crocker work there sge rude she call me time and me said to work in there how chould u have a worker like that she rud and yell and take money and a lier how chould u have somone work for u like this i well take my business somewhere diff and i well contact the new dont bank with them they let workers get away with everything
