Even though its Christmas time they have the store clean an shelves stocked with items .. the employees were friendly an didnt mind helping you .. the checkouts was backed up but its Christmas time an that's to be expected.. cause it was dec 23rd everyone was doing last min shopping but the wait time wasnt long. The cashiers were swift an very sweet ..

My husband has been trying to get an associate to unlock their nail kit he talked to 4 associates and no one attempted to help. They laughed off the fact that a man was asking for the acrylic set kit…. But it was for me… (his wife).

I hate going to this place when it's crowded!!! Why do I keep doing this? Late night is where it's at!!! Frustrating having to fight to get what you need. Especially when you're short & can't teach your items on the top shelf! Bah humbug & it is not even Christmas! Dang.

Due to inflation, I shop there because I HAVE to, not because I WANT to. The employees give a visible eyeroll when you ask them something. Prices at the register, do not match prices on the shelf. Employees are oblivious or are on their phones. They will not answer their phone and will not honor warranties. As soon as you walk up to an associate, they immediately get rude. I thought the Tuscaloosa location was bad, but the terrible service is just as bad in Northport.
