Went in to the store and the guy was too enraptured with virtual reality to be of any help. He had his feet propped up on the desk and pointed to his business card with his foot. Very unprofessional

After I went to the Trailer Store and looked at trailers, I found they did not have exactly what I wanted. However, The owner helped me go through the options and configure one to my exact specifications. I told him I needed to sell my old trailer before ordering. He told me he would sell it for me and he did and in less than a week. When my new trailer arrived, the Trailer Store made a few additional modifications. The prices were very fair and he got a good price for my old trailer. I feel I was treated very fairly and do not hesitate to recommend the Trailer Store!

These wonderful Human Beings got me fixed up with the right people to repair my near ancient, impossible to find parts for, tandem axle flatbed trailer with expert efficiency. Once I discovered a hiccup with a wheel and tire I bought from them, they got me sorted out with a fresh bare rim to take to the tire shop that had the weird size bias trailer tire I needed to match the other three on my trailer. without even having to ask, the receptionist went the extra mile calling every tire shop in Tuscaloosa to locate what I needed. I highly recommend!

Horrible experience. This is one of those shops that will sell sub par for premium prices. The owner seems to just sit around and is only interested in easy sales that require no work on his part. I wouldn't trust him, go somewhere else. I wouldn't even buy a bumper sticker there
