This is my "Go to" Shell station. It is always the cheapest Shell in town, or at least within 5 cents of it. Staff is always friendly to me. Clean restrooms. I give them a 5 star, because I'm not as picky or expect as much as some people. I've been in retail all my life, and their are plenty of Nut jobs out there to have to deal with!

The cashier didn't even bother asking me if I had a rewards number but I made sure to tell her I did which she was to busy complaining to another employee about something and just ignored me and took my money then said sorry "I already rang it up"... Such an incompetent group of people working here which explains why they only hire kids or dead beat 40 year old's who can barely hold down the simplest of jobs that a monkey could learn to do with ease.

Went to purchase some brake fluid anda few more items. When I got ready to pay for the items the sticker on the brake fluid said 3.99 but cashier rung it up for 4.99. I asked cashier as to why and she said it's in system wrong and that was the price. I told her all the other bottles had 3.99 and she didn't seemed fazed to this minor detail and didn't try to resolve it. It was either take it or leave it attitude. I just chose to leave it and go right down the street where I paid $2 less at the C mart for the same items. So be careful at this shell gas station. It makes you wonder what else do they overcharge you for because of THEIR mistake.

Employees run the show. Health department should shut them down, 5 people mostly employees just hanging around the check-out, making social distancing impossible. No employees wearing face masks. The owner, Ali, clearly does not care about his employees or his customers. This used to be my favorite gas station, but now no one greats you or often even acknowledges your existence.
