I managed the Tuscaloosa office for several years but retired to care for my parents. They are top notch, so much so that I refer clients to them often. The reason I chose to work for Douglas Crump is during my interview, he said something that clenched my decision to join the team. He said (paraphrasing) I want every single potential client who walks through our dor to be treated with the utmost respect whether they make $5000/yr or $5M/yr. That sold me and he practiced what he preached. I highly recommend R-R!!!

I will not use their services again. Trying to get in touch with Kumar or anyone else has been a nightmare. I have been calling and calling, and they keep taking messages, but no one has reached out to me for two months or so now. I also had trouble earlier in the process with getting them to review anything I uploaded to the client portal. They seem very disorganized and their front desk assistants are often unprofessional.

Service is outstanding! Neal , Clay and the entire staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We had to amend a return, add to previous returns and had extra paperwork the IRS requested.
