I am really shocked by the negative reviews. Yes, about a year or so ago, there was one pharmacy tech that was quite rude but she is no longer there. All of the pharmacy techs have been very helpful and very friendly. One person mentioned Malaysia. I have never had a problem with her (maybe she was having a bad day or something). I have been a customer over there for years and years and I have only had a bad experience with one person. Yes, there have been times that they have not been able to get my medications. I do use the texting option (they text you when your prescription is ready) and I do use the Publix Pharmacy app (which that I would only give about 2 stars). Whenever, I get a text that my prescriptions are ready they are in fact ready. They know me by name there. They have always been very helpful and very pleasant to me. I am really sorry that other people have had such bad experiences.

The customer service in the bakery dept is awful! God forbid you ask them to write something on a premade cake.... and she can't spell. 1/9/2024

I can’t speak for other Publix pharmacies, and not all of employees, but this one has some of the rudest workers I’ve ever spoken/interacted with. McDonald’s workers have more manners than some of the people behind the pharmacy counter here

Absolutely terrible! If I could give zero stars, I would. It shouldn't take 5+ hours to fill a prescription. Staff was so incredibly rude! They claimed they had no record of my Rx. It had been called in 5 hours earlier from the doctor. Turns out, they had not checked their voice-mail in over 5 hours. They told me to come back in 30 minutes. I came back 40 minutes later, and it still was not ready. No one apologized. They acted like it was my fault. Terrible customer service!

I have used Pubix at Northwood Crossing for years, The pharmacist is great about answering my questions lol even tho I ask the same ones a million times (I hate taking meds) but lately over the past few months I have avoided going as much because one of the pharmacy tech team members by the name of Malaysia has been very rude, unprofessional and takes a offensive tone especially with me. With that being said, It makes me question if she is even giving me the correct prescription. She is the reason that I give the pharmacy 1 star. Hope this review is noticed and discussed amongst the team there.

This USED to be a perfect shopping experience. Despite today's workers disagreement in my opinion as she said "no one is perfect ". It WAS PERFECT. Last month my son's prescription was unavailable and I was put on a waiting list to be informed when it was available. I called last Thursday and it was available but I had not been informed. Apparently the waiting list doesn't actually exist or they don't know how to use it. I went in Friday to pick them up, after being told THEY WOULD BE READY on Thursday. We'll she said they were still working on them. I live 20 miles away, so I'm not just coming back for them. I informed them I would be in to get them Monday. I showed up today (Monday) and they are still working on them...When asked why after 5 days of them working on them, they still aren't ready. I was told they weren't ready to be filled yet. Although it is a 30 day supply controlled substance that is only available every 30 days and was not refilled last month at all. So the 30 days required is well past on his refill. If they were unavailable to be refilled why was I not informed when I called the first time instead of being told all was good AND they would ready then additionally not informed they weren't availablewhen I showed up to get them the first time I come to pick them up !! I've drove 80 miles now to get a huge run around, incompetent service and a rude worker who wants to argue my opinion on my PERFECT service before all the new faces showed up 6 months ago. Since the new hires, this type of service is the new normal. I have had a problem every single time I deal with them. I no longer trust them with my families medications or to be honest.

Placed an $200 order on 03/05 to be picked up on 03/11 @ 5:00 p.m., received a call around 2:00 saying we didn't make the salmon that you order but we made tilapia do you want that, that is 2 different fish! but at this point I have to get something so I agreed. We arrived at 5:00 and half the order wasn't ready. They were not ready and it was nearly an hour before the order was ready and there was no apology or even look of remorse. I ordered four half slabs of ribs and only 1 was ready, he took one out of the display where they sell to customers, then we had to wait for him because he had to prepare 2! I was very disappointed with this experience.

Expensive, but they have stuff other supermarkets don't have. The deli counter has some good lunch grub, but again, it's expensive.

With someone standing at the drop off window looking at me I still stood there for 5 minutes just for her to say "what chu want" then glances at my prescription and says we don't have it. The pharmacist is very sweet but they need to hire better employees who aren't rude.

You gotta go and see Becky in the deli. Even though she didn't know what blue cheese crumbles were. She still made the best Buffalo chicken sandwich north of Tampa. I look forward to seeing her next week
