“Was here for a passport appointment - even after waiting in line, the whole operation took just fifteen minutes. Staff were lovely, professional, and helpful. I’ve seen some other reviews calling this Tuscaloosa’s best post office, and I wouldn’t doubt that that’s true.”

“If you come in early in the morning around the time it opens, the service is fast and the people are nice. Not sure how other people's experiences were (especially given the bad reviews), but when I went around this time it took probably only around 5 minutes before I had my package and was out the door. Great service.”

“This is the best USPS location in all of the Tuscaloosa/Northport area. They usually always have more than one employee which helps a lot in making everything faster. Moreover the employees are young and have a good professional attitude (unlike other locations that have dinosaurs working in them making everything slower). The only thing missing in this location is a self service machine. WHY NONE OF THE USPS LOCATIONS IN THIS AREA HAVE THIS?!?!”
