If I could give it a zero star rating then I will if you want to work somewhere that has bad communication, rude employees/managers who breaks promises then this is the perfect company for you I had a situation were I was promised a position In mobile due to me staying in mobile I paid almost 500 dollars to get to Tuscaloosa for training I completed the training I make it back home to mobile excited about my new job and got hit with a curve ball not everyone at Parker towing is horrible but the ones I’ve came across who has manager roles such as Chris the hiring manager who’s located in mobile and a few more people up in the Tuscaloosa location I’m a person who loves to work and i do my very best at any job I apply for and Parker towing never gave me a chance to work I wouldn’t recommend nobody to ever apply at this company the only way you gets treated with respect is if you know the boss and friends with him other than that you are a nobody to them

Got a job offer through them, i told them i would have to put in a two weeks notice at my current job but i could go ahead and do my drug test and physical, after a week they never scheduled for them even though they told joke they were, then text me and said they were retracting my job offer, definitely not what you do to someone, hope you have better luck than me

Very unprofessional hiring department and HR Department. I went for my interview in January 2022. They called back 2 weeks later and told me I wasn’t being considered for the position but wouldn’t give me a reason. I called the doctor offices where I took my physical test and my drug tests and got reports that I passed both.

I was very happy with there service. I called them because I got my truck stuck in the mud and the lady that answered the phone was very nice and gave me a reasonable quote and told me the driver would call when he gets close. The driver Darrell called me when he was close and was very professional. I will highly recommend there service..
