Excellent gym choice. Never to busy, and plenty of space. Trainer options are always excellent, and they offer great protein shakes after a hard workout.

I am almost 75 years old. I walked in yesterday to see about an exercise program. I have NEVER been treated so wonderfully as I was from the two lovely young ladies at the front desk. They were sooooo kind and nice, and answered all my questions. They introduced me to a young male trainer who was also kind and helpful. He took me through the facility explaining everything as we passed. I knew that this was where I was to be. They gave me a membership using my SilverSneakers benefit. I HIGHLY recommend NorthRidge Fitness Center for anyone wanting a special place to exercise and workout. I especially recommend NorthRidge Fitness as a perfect place for senior citizens. You will love the staff, the facility and the environment. I give it a 5-star!!

Great gym with an amazing staff!! It’s so nice to be greeted by name by the owner when you walk in. Tons of equipment to use as well and always very very clean.

I’d have to say that Northridge is Tuscaloosa’s best gym for all around fitness. They have every kind of equipment from bodybuilding to cardio to CrossFit to all kinds of classes. It’s almost too much for the price. I don’t see how they can do it all but they do. Also their 24 hour!!!

I don’t know what took me so long to get to Northridge. The owner Mary is awesome and the place is huge with several tons of equipment of all kinds. It definitely beats the $10 a month gyms that are completely packed so you can’t really get a good workout in. And they offer a 3 day trail.

It’s an awesome facility!! They have great and a wide variety of equipment. They are very hospitable and willing to help and teach you steps of YOUR own journey. They have multiple different programs you can enroll in that are taught by knowledgeable and patient staff. I recommend 100/10!!

I love this gym! They have an amazing staff. They’re so personable and kind. They take time to get to know each member and make them feel welcomed. They have the best child care of any gym I’ve ever been to (and I’ve lived in 5 states) my kids enjoy going into the kids rooms because of the wonderful teachers. Also they have so many different group fitness classes, there’s something for everyone!
