I went into get a necklace fixed. The store was very nicely set up. The woman who took care of me was very knowledgeable and kind. They also change out watch batteries, which is hard to find.

I left a delicate necklace with them for repair. The lady who assisted me was so kind and helpful. I don't own much real jewelry and I felt self-conscious in my costume jewelry. I was treated with respect, warmth and kindness. Thank you for your rare true customer service.

Be sure to go in the front entrance (and not the back staff door like I did lol). Their staff was very sweet and welcoming, and although they didn't sell silver jewelry polish, the lady at the front desk was happy to give me advice on where to find some.

I brought my engagement ring in because the stone was loose from normal wear and tear. I had the best experience dropping it off and also picking it up. Will definitely be going back for other fixes or jewelry!
