How is works, comes apart and how to clean and maintenance it. She answer all of my questions, until I was comfortable with my new machine. She assured me that Oxycare is on call 24/7 for any questions or issues I may have. When I walked out the door I was comfortable that I knew what I was doing and if not I had help.
