I bought a refrigerator here back in February. I chose Lowe's because of their no interest payment plans. My experience buying the refrigerator was worthy of 5 stars. David and another guy, I can't remember his name, were really helpful. They told which brands seemed most reliable and so on. They also recommended using their free delivery service. I've never used a store delivery service and never have had anything free turned out to be free. The refrigerator was to be delivered on a Sunday. On Saturday, I got an automated call telling me that they would be there between 8 and 1. I got up that morning and emptied the old one and removed it from my house. About 1 o'clock I got a call from a lady that said that they weren't going to be able to deliver my refrigerator. I asked why and why they called so late. She replied that she called about 7:30 that morning. I told her that my phone had not rung and my call log didn't show it either. Well, this lady seemed surprised that I wasn't impressed with her effort. I told her I would come get it my damn self. She got mad and I said I was cussing her. I asked her how would she feel if she waited on a delivery, and a dumbass waited until the last minute to let her know, leaving her with food in a cooler. Long story short, I went to Lowe's and demanded to see the manager. The manager knocked another 15% off the total price and apologized. I was happy with my service at the store. However, I'm not happy with the idiot on the phone. I wish I had gotten her name.

We have spent literally thousands of dollars here in the last 7 months getting our new home and acreage in shape. Everything from a riding lawnmower to appliances, fencing, building materials and on and on. But I am done. The last three times I have been in, nobody is on hand to assist customers. I went today to buy 4 ceiling fans and could not get any help. I finally asked a woman at the checkout to page someone and she did. 20 minutes later we gave up and left. The store was not busy and the employees we did see were all talking to each other. But too lazy to do their jobs.

I tried in vain for over 40 minutes to purchase a garbage disposal with installation. First I was ignored, then the person who knew about those came to help, but before I could say one word, a colleague of his asked him a question and he went away, apparently permanently. Then I was given to a nice man who had never arranged for an installation, and who knew nothing about disposals. He kept having to leave the counter to ask questions of a colleague. Then we had to go to Customer Service so I could pay for everything. There was an erroneous delivery charge on the bill, which they couldn't change. So it seemed that my salesman would have to do an entirely new bill. So we had to go back to the Appliance department. When once again he left the counter to ask a question, I decided enough was enough. I left the store, never to return!

Was told a dryer would be delivered between 8am and 12 pm did not get it delivered until 8pm that night after several several phone calls and talking with rude managers and rude delivery service. Do not recommend Lowes. Also have left a complaint with corporate have been promised a return call for the last 5 days still no return call yet. Thanks Lowes for caring about your customers

Went to buy a stove today and the fat lazy salesman's was the worst!!! We had picked out 2 stoves, asked him if they had them in stock. 1st one he said no but they might have them at the other Lowe's in town, 2nd stove not in stock at all! I asked him if he could call and make sure they had it in stock!! His words were "NO, I have called them 2 times today and no one answered " ummmm, excuse me!!! It is your job if they don't answer at least you tried!!! So Home Depot here we come!!! Lowe's needs to teach lazy employees to call no matter what! It wasn't like he was busy!! Taking my money elsewhere!!!

I love home improvement; therefore, Lowe's is one of my favorite stores. The staff is more knowledgeable and better trained here than other chain hardware stores. The shelves are well stocked and very rarely can I not find what I need at Lowe's. Only for specialty screws and light bulbs do I ever really need to go elsewhere. The garden center has loads of sod, top soil, herbicides, bricks, and borders. If you need assistance, they will happily load your car. They have different tools and cleaners that you can rent.

You might want to look elsewhere when looking for appliances. When we needed a new dryer, we checked HD and Lowes. Lowes promised an additional $100 off if we opened and used a Lowes' credit card for the purchase. At checkout we were denied the $100 promotion and only given $30. Talking with management did little. They tell us it's a "new corporate policy". A new corporate policy to be enticed by cash back only to be told you can't have.

Had to wait at the register for over 5 minutes after paying because the cashier forgot to give me my change. While waiting, the cashier made a comment to a coworker that he was on his period because he appeared to be in a bad mood. When someone did come to open the register she grabbed my change and handed it to me without even looking at me. No I'm sorry, no apology for the inconvenience. Rude rude rude. And incompetent. If you make a mistake, at least acknowledge it and say you're sorry.

Purchased countertops and they out source through Rio stone group and well..... Terrible service!!!! Where do I start?!? 1.) First day here: 1 of 7 pieces is correct. They didn't put anything down and promised they would contact me soon. - sink hole was WAY off and they had the specs for the sink way early. - cuts weren't square or straight and pieces did not join correctly. - one piece was too small AND the wrong shape. - found out the island wouldn't be at all what I imagined. Thought one piece, apparently not, seam is dirty and not in the center at all. 2.) Changed project coordinator on me without notice and in the middle of the project and all the problems. New coordinator wasn't updated with latest info and even called to cancel an appointment to come out that I didn't even know existed in the first place. 3.) walked off with my dishwasher mount the second visit to try and fix things. 4.) on second visit they got the sink right and suppose to fix small piece but they brought the old, too small, piece back WITH THE MEASURMENTS OF WHERE TO CORRECT IT OBVIOUSLY WRITTEN ON IN and tried to install before I said "that the same wrong piece as last time and it hasn't even changed. 5.) counter oven overhang is wrong. Hard to tell except in person and definitely with with a measuring tape but one over hang is more than the other causing gap on either side to be different. 6.) The second time they decided to come out, I had to call and make sure they were actually coming because they were several hours late and it was dark almost by the time they got here. 7.) Because they were in such a rush obviously, the caulking job was done shoddily and when they joined the stones together at the seam, The glue dripped all underneath my island and in my cabinets without them cleaning it up. I had to scrape and repaint in some areas. 8.) Also, since they were in such a rush, I realize that the caulking job to hold top down was not only shotty but it wasn't even completed on all sides. I had to go back myself and caulk in places that were forgotten. 9.) They brought the small messed up piece back without even changing it. 10.) When they had screwed up twice already they jerked me around with "it'll be next week" for multiple months 11.) overhangs around island are off slightly. 12.) After measuring four times for the small screwed up piece, they still can't get it right. Now it's too big! These spaces should match. 13.) owner told me when sending the last piece out finally that " i'll have my guy look at any other problems while he's there." When the guy got here and I told him of the problems he, as he threw up his hands, responded with "I don't deal with that." And apparently with all of our troubles we are just "out of luck" nothing they can do for us. Do your self a favor, don't ever use Lowe's if you want something done correctly.

I like this Lowes. They storage houses you can buy and they will even deliver them for you. Their tools are one of the best you can buy too. They carry Kobalt which is a really good name brand as they make quality tools. I usually wait till they put them on sale before I go shopping. There's also a Walmart across the street where you can do the rest of your shopping. You can buy things you need there that they don't carry here. There's plenty of parking out front too in front of this Lowes. I'm coming back to shop here because every body is so nice.

The employees during the evening shift seem lazy. Went to customer service counter to return no good screws and was not acknowledged. Then, bathrooms look like a concert venue portapotty. No one had cleaned it and obviously no one checked to see if it was done. Lastly, asked for help and got forgotten. Won't go here again.

Lowes is my favorite home improvement store. Watch for their sales as you can get good deals while supplies last. Today I am still shopping for last minute gifts. Customer service from associates are the best as they are very knowledgeable.
