A young gentleman name Lil Lawrence helped me with my online pickup order was so awesome and very respectful. He had a wonderful spirit and Lowes should be grateful for him.

Nice large location but a little difficult to find what you're in search for or someone to help. Self checkout is a breeze.

The employees during the evening shift seem lazy. Went to customer service counter to return no good screws and was not acknowledged. Then, bathrooms look like a concert venue portapotty. No one had cleaned it and obviously no one checked to see if it was done. Lastly, asked for help and got forgotten. Won't go here again.
