Terrible service had to take my vehicle back not once but twice both times I used this place to have them fix what they were supposed to fix the first time properly they acted like they were mad when I pointed out what they didn’t do correctly and they never fixed it all the way cost me more time money than it should have definitely do not recommend

I used them almost 10 years ago and had a decent experience. Recently, it was not the same. They were unable to fully fix my vehicle after I had to take it to them multiple times. When I called about the issue still happening the manager, whose name I remember but will keep anonymous, stated “well I can’t fix it over the phone.” Now you tell me if that’s somewhere you want to spend your money. Because they apparently couldn't fix it in person either. So, I'm now going to take it to the Honda dealership to have it fixed correctly.Update: I took my car to the dealership and instantly they saw the issue. Where the sensor was supposed to be was a big hole. Nothing. Now how they didn't see this when I took my vehicle back to them is beyond me. Then the dealership noticed they had attached my other sensors with zip-ties. Talk about shady work, this is beyond the definition of shady! I will be filing a formal complaint because everyone should know what they are getting into dealing with this place. They may list themselves as certified Honda repair but that does not mean quality work. And for everyone who gave them 5 stars I recommend getting someone to double check their work. I'm sure you'd be surprise by what is found.

Had to have a bumper replaced. Really fair price! Awesome customer service! They stayed in communication constantly during the process and my car was repaired days ahead of when I expected! Not only that, I brought it in really dirty inside and out and it was returned shiny and clean!Services: Painting

I wanted to get my car painted and have minor dents taken out of my vehicle due to everyday driving. After reading their services on their website connected to their address it says dent repair, paint matching, etc. I decided to call....no answer. Drove my vehicle to their location and asked for an estimate. They acted like I was crazy/stupid and brushed me off. They said they don't do that and have never done any of that before. Brown's was a lot better service and treated me with respect. Whoever runs this location needs to mention to his/her employee's that a little kindness and respect goes a long way. I probably wouldn't have cared to write a review if I received some.

Called to ask a simple question and the front desk woman cut me off midsentence in a very rude manner. Sheesh. Glad I wasn't calling over anything important like needing my car or something.

I never leave reviews but this was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The minute I walked into the door the woman at the front desk had an awful attitude with me. If you can’t be nice to customers when you work with the public every single day, find another job. I was turned away without any kind of answer or alternative. I’ve always heard good things about this place until I experienced it for myself. Do not recommend. If they don’t like the way your car looks, they won’t help you.

Done a good job repairing my pickup except for the fact they didn’t fix an oil leak that stemmed from hitting a deer I even told them about the leak with no prevail said it wasn’t from the accident but funny it was t doing it beforehand anyway good body shop but mechanic there notServices: Steering & suspension repair

I had an extremely pleasant experience here. There were no issues at all, and the work was top notch. I'm glad it wasn't my insurance paying for it though. Nonetheless, they did a fabulous job and I was able to check the status of the vehicle any time. The offices were extremely nice, and you could tell that it was an expensive place. They had great amenities, and all employees were highly professional. All in all, five full stars. If you get the opportunity to go (whatever the circumstance), they are a great place.

Nice enough people but unwilling to work with me on a drop off date. I’m only off work on Fridays. I told them that I was willing to wait for a Friday but manager would not allow it. Doesn’t make sense seeming as they needed to keep my car for 11 days. Anyway, after wasting time waiting for the appointment, I now have to start looking for a new shop.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I took it in to get an estimate (that took two weeks) and then when it finally got approved through insurance they tell me that they can’t fix the car because I’m already in a rental car. Their communication was awful, and I wasted over 3 weeks trying to get my car fixed. I wouldn’t waste your time here.

I called to have my car “corrected” after another body shop butchered my car. My insurance company told me to find another body shop. They refused to even help me. They seem to imply they don’t need the business and aren’t interested in doing the work. I would call this poor customer service and a poor business model. Avoid.

We used Joe Hudson about 5 years ago when my husband was rear ended and had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I tried to use them again this year, no one would get back to me. I had an accident on July 19, called and was told to send the insurance estimate which I did that evening. Two days later after not hearing back I called and was told they would print the estimate and call me back that afternoon. After not hearing from them again, I called back two days later and was told the same thing. After four phone calls where I was told it would be printed and someone would call me to schedule a time, I still have not heard back (it’s August 6). I know people are busy and short staffed but to not even get a call back is so disappointing.

I had a horrible experience at this center. They lie so much. They can never tell the truth. The way they talk to the consumer is beyond me. They will tell you everyday they did something and then when you ask more questions they come back with another lie. The timing wasn’t the issue. I did call everyday to get an update on my car but it’s because they told me everyday the estimate would be done. Then on Friday they told me it was finished and I went in and looked at it today and it wasn’t. They called my fiancé and said alllll these things need to be done that wasn’t even on the estimate. The receptionist needs to find a new job because she doesn’t know how to talk to people. The manager is awful. Talks down to people. He wanted me to just put a spare tire on my car and drive it to Florida to be fixed. I highly recommend not bringing your car here.
