Great small shop to get work done on your car. When my car was done, the owner came and picked me up even though I said I would be able to arrange my own transportation.

Pro imports is the worst business in Tuscaloosa. I dropped my Volvo off to be fixed. After a week, I heard nothing. I called and they said they had not even looked at it. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. I called them and they said they didn't know what car I was talking about. After 4 weeks I called and still nothing. After MONTHS I called after hearing nothing from them and they informed me that they had towed my car to a absolutely unacceptable and horrible "tow yard" (if you can even call it that.) please for the love of god do not take your car here. I now owe money to a tow yard that I would have never had my car towed to if I had been given a notice (which I am legally entitled to.)

BEWARE!!!!!!!! This place is garbage. Can not say enough bad things. Dropped my car off and they kept it for over two weeks, charged me 700$ and didn't even fix ANYTHING. Told me it would be another 1500$+++ WOW. They also charge 115$ an hour for labor which is higher than ANYONE else in town. I will tell everyone I know and anyone that will listen this place is AWFUL.

They promised job wold be done in a week, it took 3 months. The mechanic was out 20 in isolation Bc of Covid (totally extremely understandable) but still no excuse for 3 month wait. Paid 4,100 for motor up front. They added 720.00 in parts without notifying us before hand. They were rude and argumentative upon pick up of car. Dishonest, rude, not a good experience. As for job done still to be determined. Do not recommend.Service: Engine repair
