It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get help with a new PIN and to cash two savings bond, but it did. I shall be moving my account by the end of the year.Also, why did most of the employees look so unkempt? Please remind people to iron their clothes and brush their hair. It was frankly shameful for bank employees to look so unprofessional.

Cindy is terrible to work with at this location. I have never had a positive interaction with her. She’s just incredibly bland and rude.She never spells anything right even though she is always given a document with the correct spelling. She takes her time with absolutely no sense of urgency.

Great friendly caring employees
