Best gym in town!!! The staff is courteous and helpful! The owner is the bomb!! The gym is clean, tons of cardio machines, plentiful weight machines and a generous amount of free weights. Lots of classes to choose from and it's 24hr!!

I love this gym! They have an amazing staff. They’re so personable and kind. They take time to get to know each member and make them feel welcomed. They have the best child care of any gym I’ve ever been to (and I’ve lived in 5 states) my kids enjoy going into the kids rooms because of the wonderful teachers. Also they have so many different group fitness classes, there’s something for everyone!
