“I only went here to drop off some dog crates today. In the past, this organization helped me out when I had several female kitties all giving birth within weeks of each other. So when the kittens were weaned, they came and took them to adopt them out when they were ready. It was a huge relief to have those animals in a safe environment and not have to try to feed another 12 or 16 mouths right away. It was a stressful time for me. I was so grateful for their help.”

“We stopped by to get a problem fixed because two payments have not been received. It was a 30 minute visit and after it was resolved, we left. The women here are always friendly and willing to help.”

“The food here is delicious and they give you plenty. The volunteers are very friendly. There is plenty of parking space. It is handicap accessible. They have restrooms and a waterfountain. Since Covid is still here, you can eat the lunch there or take it with you.”

“Very hard to find. No signage anywhere. Automated menu system when you call them gives absolutely NO directions or an.option for directions. Waze sends you into a residential neighborhood not even close. Please use Google Maps to locate the food bank. South on I-69 to 65th Street(which is a regular sized street sign you cannot see when driving on 69 in heavy traffic). NO signage at 65th street to let you know from 69 that you should turn here. Then when you do hopefully find the food bank's location there are again NO signs as to where to drop off your donation. Really? Seriously??Come on AL Food Bank put up a damn sign to help people know where you are and where at your facility to drop off food donations. It isn't that hard to have 2 signs made up. I like to help out those who are less fortunate but please, please, please make it EASY to do so!”

“A great store!! I purchased a goblet last week that somehow I left there. I called the next day to ask have they seen it at the register . A Young lady who worked in the office part checked and said no it wasn't there. Yesterday, I went there to shop and I thought about the goblet again. I described the goblet to a young lady at the register. She took time out to help me by e looking in front and back of the store. She came back and said she couldn't fine it and apologized for the incident.I thanked her, and went back to shopping. I say about 10 minutes later, she returned with the goblet in her hand asking me if this was it and it was! She said a guy was about to purchase it again, and She remembered that I've had already bought and was trying to find it. The customer who had the goblet was very and shook my hand. I know my post is a lil long and unbelievable, but it really happened. The manager , the young lady, the customer was very kind to me.The atmosphere there is always great and I appreciate it. I always donate there and shop while I'm there. Again I wa nt to thank the staff on 12/18/23 evening shift.??”

“I was very impressed when I dropped my daughter's application off. Mrs. Alisa was very knowledgable and very thorough in explaining to me the services they provide and showing me the facility. I've already heard through word of mouth great things about the establishment and the head teacher, Lauren. I already feel in good hands if my daughter does attends Arts 'n Autism.”
