Budget Blinds did an AMAZING job installing plantation shutters for our home!! We had an older door and window replaced and the existing framework was a little different that just a 'typical' window. However, Porter had the perfect solution, and we could not be more pleased!! After our first consultation, he came back to measure and make sure all was correct before the order was placed!! The shutters are perfect AND exactly what we visioned!!

This was a very simple process to get our project off the ground. Mr. Chambers met with our family and we chose the blinds we wanted, and was given an in-depth quote and payment information. Custom blinds were installed in just a few short weeks, and only took about an hour and 1/2 for the whole house. Very pleased the entire process from consultation to installation.

I needed to place blinds or shades in my sunroom to deflect the hot morning sun because the hot morning sun (east side of house) prevented me from placing my computer on the desk in front of the windows. It's a sunroom and I wanted to retain the effect of natural light and the sunroom provides an open view to my back yard. I am so very pleased with the professional service from Budget Blinds of Tuscaloosa. Porter spent time reviewing the pros and cons between blinds and shades. He really knows his products. Donald, the installer, took down the old blinds in my front rooms, took them away so I did not have to do that. He was knowledgeable about the blinds. The three inch molded valance leaves a finishing touch to the blinds. Every thing looks so great, that I am planning on completing the side of the sunroom that does not have the strong morning sun coming in. The blind in my bathroom looks great too! There is only five stars to give, but more stars would be appropriate for the professionalism of this business.

My blinds and shutters are just gorgeous! I appreciate the fine craftsmanship that Mr. Donald exhibited. He worked tirelessly to insure that my shutters were perfectly installed. Mr. Chambers, the new manager, is exceptionally kind and courteous. He made sure that all my questions were answered. I will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family.

I moved into my home in June of 2004 and they installed all of my blinds and shutters. I was pleased with their work 14 years ago. In recent months some strings, parts broke on blinds on a door leading to my deck. I called fully expecting to pay for a new set of blinds. Imagine my surprise when repairs were made for free because I purchased from them 14 years ago. Customer service isn’t dead! Thanks Budget Blinds of Tuscaloosa!
