Called the 800 number because of missing parts in a Gasboy repair kit. Was amazed to get a knowledgable person (Byron?) who asked just a few questions, looked up the order and then contacted the manufacturer. Missing parts (manufacture's fault) shipped the same afternoon. What great (rare!) customer service! Thanks a lot!!
