I loved that they are local in tuscaloosa and can come out same day. The tech was friendly and fixed my issue which was that I needed my dryer cord switched from 4-prong to 3-prong, and needed a longer vent hose. With that said it cost me $196 for 15 minutes of service. I was charged $127 just for him coming out and it WAS NOT taken off the service cost as per another reviewers claim. I would look for a more cost reasonable option in the future.

Is there a ZERO STAR OPTION? I typically don't write reviews, but my experience with Appliance Connect, specifically with Wendi and Michael Roberts, has prompted me to share my concerns. The service provided was extremely disappointing.There were multiple issues, including the mishandling of a crucial piece from my dishwasher, which rendered it inoperable. Despite Wendi acknowledging the mishap, the piece was not returned, and false information was provided to the Lowe's Protection Plan Warranty company. Communication was also a significant problem, with unanswered attempts to resolve the issue.Moreover, there were inaccuracies in diagnosing the problem, unfulfilled promises of callbacks, and a lack of notification when the job was completed. The overall experience was frustrating, and I would caution others against using this service.

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! I called to schedule an appt for a microwave install. I was put on the schedule for today (Wednesday) with an 11a-1p window. I said thank you, and that was the extent of my conversation with Wendy. So today (Wednesday) at 1:16p I realized that I had a missed call and a voicemail from Wendy that was left at 12:46pm. I called her back immediately (at 1:16p) when I heard the voicemail only to be told that I had MISSED MY APPOINTMENT since I didn’t answer to confirm that someone was home! She said the technician had headed out of town and would not come back! Mind you, I was NEVER told that I would get that confirmation call or be skipped. I thought an 11-1p appt slot meant that I had an appt! Someone had been home all day waiting on the technician! Wendy didn’t give a rip! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I have used them twice ... don't know why they get bad reviews ... yes he charges 90$ to come out but he takes it off the price of the repair and he has always came back for us and called ... I will use them again if I have to ... he has my washer working better than it did brand newServices: Dishwasher repair

Technician and owner charged 90 dollars payable when he came to house. He did not diagnose or repair refrigerator.he left saying he would research problem and return to fix it. He never called or returned and when I called I was told it did not have a problem. Very unprofessional. I am out 90 dollars for having the delightful experience of his visit.Service: Refrigerator repair

Called here and requested service for a couple of Samsung appliances after being referred to them by Home Depot. Gave my serial numbers and the problems with each one. Called on a Monday and was told they would get to me Friday or Monday of the next week. That's been a month ago and I haven't heard a word!

Been waiting on furniture for 8 months!! Says was supposed to have been delivered bit sitting in a warehouse somewhere. They have my $3100 and I hav NO FURNITURE! Representatives are low life who hang up and refuse to look into things. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Wished I had known what sort of business this was beforehand. Would give negative stars if I could!

I called on a Thursday to get someone to come look at our dryer , my husband replaced three different parts before calling , the man came out monday didn't test the part pulled out a switch and told us to go to part store ... with out testing it and wasted extra money including paying a service charge ... with him being here no longer than 15 min to tell us nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Came the same day, took awhile for the part to come in, but they came out late on a Friday to make sure our refrigerator was fixed. Great and friendly service! Highly recommend!

I had 14 year old Maytag. The service man came and checked everything out and said it was the transmission. After he told me what it would take to fix it, I decided to buy a new one. Everything was good with my experience with appliance connect.

They half did the job. The freezer was fixed but the refrigerator never started working after being repaired and PAID! I constantly called for 2 months and no answer. When I finally got in contact with someone, they would not call back. Now I believe they have blocked my number. I can’t call or text. However, when I use someone else’s phone, it rings!
