Can’t recommend them enough. My dog is a challenging breed (wire fox terrier) and we did the off leash training. Not because I expected him to (I honestly didn’t think it’d work ?) be off leash but maybe because he could stay for 5 weeks. So the 5 turned to 6.5 weeks but my dog is a new little guy. He does do off leash, he has exceeded my expectations and our life is so much easier and more peaceful. He doesn’t bolt out the door, isn’t embarrassing when company comes over, etc. Truly I can’t believe how great he is. I’ll never have a dog without Ashley and her crew training them. They did a wonderful job, , this skeptic is now a huge fan!!

my dog has stayed there several times, seems to like it. staff is very friendly. usually they have last minute availability but if it's like a holiday weekend or something I would definitely call in advance. would recommend to a friend.

I had to leave my fur baby in their care for 3 months. Ashley helped work out a plan and accommodated my schedule for his stay. While I was a big ball of snot and tears the day I dropped him off, Alabama Canine staff took their time to walk me through the paperwork and ensure I understood it all. They have been very understanding about my attachment to him and have sent me photos and videos regularly to show me how well he is doing. I can't say enough good things about Alabama Canine; they care for the dogs like they were their own. If I ever have to leave my fur baby for a prolonged period, I am using them again.

This is literally one of the best dog training facilities in the southeast!! We brought both of our out of control huskies here to go through their full boot camp, and when we got them home, the transformation has been nothing short of amazing! All of the trainers we interacted with in a weekly basis truly care for the animals and it’s very evident when you visit each week for training. They now listen and stay in their beds and it’s like having two completely different dogs, but all in a good way. You might think it’s expensive to take your animals here, but it’s definitely worth the cost! Thank you again for all that you did!! I will always recommend you to anyone who needs these type of services!!!

They re awesome. They have done a great job with boarding and grooming my golden. My dog is always happy and In a sweet mood when I return home. She gets to okay outside and sleep inside.

Alabama Canine is a fantastic facility!!!! I was so worried to send Ben and Chase away for the board and training. They talked with me several times about my needs for the boys and adapted the training for us. I even took the dog's ramp to them to train the boys on using it to get in the car. They accomplished all I asked for and much more. When I came home, I had a few question, they talked me through everything. I am SOOOOOO thankful for Alabama Canine. Our home now is so manageable. We will forever be grateful to Alabama Canine and the Farley family!!!!!!!

Alabama Canine is amazing. Our dog Sparkie is full of love and energy, and the trainers matched her personality to make Sparkie feel at home. The trainers did everything we asked for when bringing Sparkie for her training. Each week they work with us and Sparkie to make sure we could continue her training after she was done there. We can see a major differences in Sparkie’s obedience without any loss in her love and energy! We have gotten multiple compliments on how well she is trained and less hesitant around new people.Highly recommend Alabama Canine!

The best boarding facility on the planet! They are awesome! Everyone we met who works at Alabama K9 was friendly and went above and beyond to provide excellent care. Due to the fact that we were in the process of moving our dog was highly stressed when we dropped him off. The care takers kept a close eye on him, checked his weight daily, encouraged him to eat (our dog doesn't like to eat when he's stressed) and they even sent us a picture of him midweek to let us know how he was doing. They walked him and even did some training throughout his one week stay. By the time we picked him up he was doing great. The caretakers really know what they are doing. Ricky Farley personally oversees everything and runs an incredible operation. We highly recommend this facility.

I would highly recommend doing Alabama K9s board and train program! My standard poodle Willow went there and they were absolutely amazing. Their facilities are amazing and they go above and beyond to make sure your pet is not only being trained, but being loved on as well. Willow had problems jumping on people and was very stubborn. She also pulled very hard on her leash anytime she went on a walk. Now she listens to commands and heels when we goes on walk. I cannot recommend this place enough!!
