Love this place. The two guys working even stayed a few minutes past closing to check me out. The lumber is so much better than the box stores and in and out in under 15 minutes. I highly recommend!!

We tried to be understanding given all the supply chain delays but we had 2 windows left off the order, 3 windows delivered broken/shattered, 15 windows with broken mesh screens, and they didn't have any protective film so they got dinged up pretty good in transit.

Called to check availability on lumber.Salesman said it’s in stock and available. I chose to pick up since they charge $85 to drive 5 miles. When I showed up the salesman said they are out and couldn’t help. Lowes and Home Depot have put most of these store under.I’m sure this one will be the same

Got our windows from them on our new house and one came in with a crack across one window pane, we were told they would put the window in and come back and replace the pane it’s been 4 months and still haven’t replaced it, we have called several times but still nothing, please think twice before getting your windows from them.

Sat on the yard over an hour before anyone ever began to think about unloading us. Very very slow. 3 lifts on the yard that could have unloaded us but moving lunber from one shed to another was their priority not unloading trucks who are on a time frame. This makes a days schedule get all screwed. When we left finally we were 18 minutes shy of being there 2 hours. Not a good way to do people.
