I've been with Halls a good 15 years or more and would not even consider buying gas anywhere else. I would do with out till they could get to me. That's how good they have been to me.

We had a great experience with Halls. We needed our propane in our RV filled but could not drive it there. They came same day and the man was very pleasant!

We have used Hall's for years, but today was a bad experience. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and impatient. She had absolutely no customer service skills,or manners period. My mom had the phone on speaker so I could hear everything, she didn't even give us a price just grumpily stated "someone will be out ther sometime today". I then got the phone and asked for the price and she gave it in a very snappy fashion. I like to be treated with respect where I spend my money and not rudely. Overall I hope she gets her attitude fixed, because it certainly leaves a bad taste in our moves. There was absolutely no need for the nastiness if she doesn't like working with people she should go somewhere else.

This place was amazing right after they put propane in our truck our truck broke down so one of the employees left work went home to get their jump box and after that didnt work a another employee left their keys in their truck and said if we needed to use it we could go somewhere if we needed two i would higly recommend coming here the staff is so kind its amazing!

Rude and will not come when called. I waited a month and a half to have a tank moved and filled and when I call to ask about it the person answering the phone was rude. It is no wonder they can not keep help.

I have done business here for years, but the last 2 winter seasons , the employees here do nothing but complain about doing their job., Every time i go in they are complaining. I will close my account and move on.
