    Cant call to get help about changing an address on a package because it sends you to a automated thing and is not helpful at all i would like to talk to a real person for help not a robot now my package is going to be sent back to the sender and i cant wait another few weeks for this package to come back because it is a... read full comment

    Post service has really gotten bad. The customer service from the postmaster and employees is really poor. Mail doesn't come when it's supposed to but they don't wanna lift a finger to help when mail goes missing.
